Edvard has been active in the media and entertainment industry since 1998. As a new generation film producer he is specialized in non-traditional methods of film financing.
In 2010 he introduced a new 'advertiser driven' financing model for the Dutch-speaking, online released feature film 'Claustrophobia'. This feature film was developed in collaboration with a Dutch lottery and it then went on to sell internationally to the USA, Canada, Germany, France, Belgium and Japan.
In 2013 he was one of the creators of first the second screen feature APP, a sensational novelty in world cinema. The commercial success of the romantic comedy 'Heart Street' (2014) proved his vision of developing efficiently produced, high-concept feature films.
Prior to his career as a feature film producer, Edvard produced dozens of international corporate films and television commercials for the likes of among other ING, L'Oréal and Total. Edvard holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
