Felice Bakker graduated on the Dutch National Film & Television Academy (NFTA) in 2005. After producing the feature film The Seven of Daran, in 2008 released by Disney, she moved to Los Angeles and studied at the UCLA - School of Theater, Film and Television.

Since then she produced commercials, for brands such as Bavaria Beer, Alfa Romeo, and eBay.

In 2014 she produced the Documentary "Hollywood Banker" about Frans Afman. Afman, who was one of the most important bankers in Hollywood in the 80's. For over a decade Frans was instrumental in both financing films such as 'Platoon', 'The Terminator' and 'Dances with Wolves'.

Felice has worked with 2CFilm on multiple filmprojects. She was the Line Producer of first the second screen feature APP, the romantic comedy 'Heart Street' (2014) and 'Jack's Wish' (2015).
